"Delirium" L.07 is Lucid Winery's Sierra Foothills cabernet blend (80% cabernet sauvignon, 10% cabernet franc, 10% Petite Verdot, all organically grown) built on volcanic, granitic clay-loam soil. Partial whole-cluster fermentation and aging on French oak alongside hickory and cedar staves give it an unusual spice-forward backbone — blackberry, fig, and espresso up front, then peppercorn, roasted red bell pepper, and cedar on the finish. A natural, low-intervention style worth pouring alongside grilled meats or a wood-fired dinner.
