Overview

A village Puligny that isn't strictly village: Jadot blends in wine from several Premier Cru sites. Chardonnay off the east-facing slope between 230 and 390 metres, on stony clay and chalk that drains fast and warms early. Fermented in oak without temperature control, malolactic set by vintage.
