This combination balances flavour and complexity: grain lends sweetness, malt adds fruitiness, and pot still contributes spice and cream.While our adventurous spirit brings creativity and originality, there are some traditions just too good to lose. Lost Irish celebrates Irish tradition with triple distillation for a renowned smoothness unlike other whiskeys.
Tasting notes

Nose: Pineapple and apple, pear notes combine with a lovely sweetness to it. Hints of cherries and fresh clementines.

Palate: Honey and vanilla sweetness. Oily, creamy, dark chocolate, bags of liquorice allsorts. Orange pith bitterness, and banana.

Finish: Plum jam with rummy raisin notes. Pepperiness, warming spices and chilli prickle heat.
