Los Arango Reposado Tequila carries the name of Pancho Villa (born José Doroteo Arango), whose family lent the brand its identity as a tribute to the general. Made in Guanajuato, Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave slow-cooked in adobe ovens and double-distilled using the Charentais method, it rests six months in American oak. Expect pale straw color, a nose of white pepper and caramel, and a silky palate of honeyed agave and salinity. Sip neat or in an añejo-style Old Fashioned.
Tasting notes
Rested in American oak barrels in small batches, our reposado tequila demonstrates how the flavors of oak aging can enhance the sweet agave notes.
