Los Arango Añejo Tequila is crafted at Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber agave grown 8 to 12 years in the region's volcanic soil. The agave is slow-cooked in adobe clay ovens for 38 hours, rested, then run through Charentais double distillation before resting 13 months in American oak. Expect spiced caramel and oak on the nose, a rich palate of vanilla and green pepper with a touch of salinity, and a long, spicy finish. Sip it neat or build an aged-tequila Old Fashioned.
