Lokita's Reposado comes from Jalisco, where master distiller Armando Orozco selects blue Weber agave grown across mineral-rich southern clay soils and the fruitier highlands, then double-distills it in copper stills before a short three-month rest in new American oak. That brief nap softens the spirit without burying the agave — nose brings cooked agave, mandarin, tamarind, and a whisper of cinnamon and pepper, palate rounds out with dried fruit, finishing long and elegant. Pour it neat or build a simple Paloma.
