It's built from Espadín agave in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, roasted over pine in a river-rock oven, crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, and double-distilled in copper. Three months in American oak layer in sweet caramel, candied orange, and fresh vanilla over gentle campfire smoke. Sip it slow and neat, or let it anchor a smoky Oaxacan Old Fashioned.
