Les Lauriers des Rothschild Rosé comes from the St. Émilion appellation in Bordeaux, France, produced under the Rothschild family's wine estate. The blend leans heavily Merlot (about 70%), rounded out with Cabernet Franc and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, then aged roughly 14 months — partly in second-fill French oak, partly in tank — for texture without heaviness. Expect a pale pink pour with fresh herb, citrus, and gooseberry aromatics, light body, and bright acidity. Pour it chilled alongside grilled veal, duck, or a soft French cheese board.
