Todd Leopold tracked down decades-old bottles from a collector, catalogued their flavor, and rebuilt the style from a mash of 65% rye, 15% corn, and 20% floor-malted barley. Pot distilled and aged five years in Colorado dunnage warehouses, it comes in fruity and floral, with a soft, buttery finish. Pour it neat to taste the history.
