León Y Sol Reposado comes from the Aceves family's highland Jalisco distillery, three generations deep in agave craft. Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the region's mineral-rich soil, it rests four months in oak before bottling — just enough time to layer honey, caramel, and a touch of coffee over the cooked-agave base, with a buttery mouthfeel and a gentle woody finish. Pour it over a single large ice cube and let it open up, or use it to add real backbone to a reposado old fashioned.
