Overview

The original Dijon blackcurrant liqueur, made by Lejay-Lagoute since 1841 from Noir de Bourgogne and Black Down berries that are cold-macerated rather than cooked, which keeps the fruit tasting fresh instead of jammy. Thick, dark and tart-sweet. Its natural home is a Kir — a splash under dry white, or under sparkling for a Kir Royale.
