Overview

Le Nardian Bordeaux Blanc comes from a tiny old-vine plot near Saint-Émilion, farmed by Jonathan Maltus of Château Teyssier — a producer better known for bold reds, working in white on a barely-there scale. The Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle blend ferments in barrel and rests on its lees for months, building texture around bright citrus, stone fruit, and honeysuckle character. Serve well-chilled alongside oysters, sushi, or a simple grilled fish.
