Lavie Limoncello is a lemon liqueur crafted by Lavie, a boutique distillery based in Gush Etzion, Israel. The producer hand-peels selected lemon zest and steeps it in alcohol under carefully controlled conditions, drawing out a concentrated, aromatic lemon character before blending to a smooth, syrupy finish. Expect a bold, zesty citrus nose with a fruity, tangy-sweet palate typical of well-made limoncello.
