Laufer Chardonnay Late Harvest is a dessert-style white wine made from California Chardonnay grapes by Laufer Winery, a California producer founded in 1999 under winemaker and proprietor Mendel Laufer. Late-harvest picking concentrates the fruit, giving the wine yellow-amber color and layered aromas of dried apricot, quince, and pear alongside a wet-stone minerality, with a palate that turns toward honey, baking spice, and candied mango and pineapple on a long finish.
