Matured for at least 6 years and bottled at full barrel strength, Larceny Barrel Proof showcases a truly bold character, richness, and depth of flavour from the years of interaction with the barrel's charred and caramelized oak sugars. Released three times per year in January, May, and September, each release of Larceny Barrel Proof is a bold, yet balanced bourbon.

Larceny Bourbon continues the Old Fitzgerald tradition of using wheat in place of rye as the third or ‘small’ grain in the whiskey’s mash bill.
