It's distilled from Chico Aguillar and Lechuguilla agave at a traditional taberna, the small rustic stills that have shaped this spirit for centuries. Expect aromas of orange peel, oregano, and green apple, then cinnamon, resinous spice, and a whisper of lemongrass across the palate. Around 44.5% ABV.
