Meet La Adelita Blanco, an unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the volcanic soil of the Jalisco Highlands. It pours bright and clear, opening with tart-sweet, lime-kissed agave and a lift of spiced vanilla bean. Warmth rolls into a soft chocolate note before finishing on a cool wet-stone minerality and a settling sweetness. Pour it neat to explore the agave, or let it anchor a crisp margarita or paloma.
