Kyrö Distillery's Whisky of Fire is a Finnish rye whisky built for House Targaryen's side of its official Game of Thrones collaboration. Kyrö distills it from 100% malted rye smoked over wood and peat, then matures it in ex-bourbon casks before a rum-cask finish. Expect light smoke and toasted rye on the nose, with blackberry, mineral notes, and a whisper of menthol on the palate, closing long and smoky-sweet. Pour it neat to track the smoke-to-fruit shift, or over one large cube to slow it down.
