Divin is Moldova's own style of grape brandy, distilled from local vineyards and matured in oak, and it is made at the KVINT works in Tiraspol. Expect dried apricot, walnut and a warm vanilla edge rather than the sharper bite of something young. Pour it into a tulip glass after dinner and take your time with it.
