Krug is best known for its Grande Cuvée, but the Rosé gets less airtime and honestly deserves more. The 26ème Édition weaves together 28 wines spanning 2005 to 2014, with a third drawn from Krug's reserve library. Its color comes from Pinot Noir left to macerate on the skins, lending spice and structure alongside Chardonnay and Meunier. Expect rose hips, redcurrant and pink grapefruit on the nose, then honey and citrus on the palate. Serve cool, between 9 and 12 degrees C.
