Kisi and Rkatsiteli fermented together on their skins in a buried clay qvevri, wild yeast only, six months on skins and stems. The fruit comes from Kvareli vineyards at 420 metres on black schist soil. Dry, golden-orange, with the grip and texture skin contact gives a white grape.
