100% Saperavi from the Mukuzani PDO in Kakheti, fermented and aged nine months in oak barrels off 25-year-old vines. Mukuzani's carbonate soils ripen Saperavi fully, and it shows: dry and medium-bodied, spicy, with a leathery edge behind the blackcurrant and blackberry.
