A varietal bottling of Mtsvivani Kakhuri, an indigenous Kakhetian white, from Koncho's own Kvareli vineyards on black schist. Fermented in stainless steel, then twelve months in oak; despite the faint amber tint this is not a skin-contact qvevri wine. Dry, concentrated and long.
