An uncommon rose blend: 60% Ojaleshi with 40% Saperavi, pressed and fermented in stainless steel by classical rose method. Fruit from Koncho's Kvareli vineyards on black schist. Dry at about 2 g/l residual sugar, and a soft ruby colour rather than the usual pale pink.
