Varietal Kisi fermented in qvevri with long skin maceration: wild yeast only, six months on skins and stems, then six months in oak. Kvareli fruit off black schist in the Duruji valley. Dry and golden-amber, with the silky tannin that extended skin contact gives a white grape.
