Kokoro means "heart, mind, and spirit" in Japanese — a fitting name for a tequila built at the crossroads of two traditions. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave at Destiladora Bonanza in Jalisco, the hearts are cooked in traditional hornos, crushed by tahona stone, then open-fermented and copper-distilled with no additives.
