Kokoro means "heart, mind, and spirit" in Japanese — a fitting name for a tequila built at the crossroads of two traditions. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave at Destiladora Bonanza in Jalisco, the hearts are cooked in traditional hornos, crushed by tahona stone, then open-fermented and copper-distilled with no additives. Expect cooked agave, green apple, and pineapple on the nose, with citrus, anise, mint, and white pepper on the palate. Pour it neat or let it anchor your next margarita.
