Most cognac ages quietly in a cellar. Kelt's Rare VSOP spends part of its life at sea instead — a 90-to-110-day voyage around the world in Limousin oak, where the ship's motion and shifting temperatures work the spirit harder than any warehouse could. Made from Ugni Blanc grown in Grande Champagne, aged well past VSOP's legal minimum (averaging eight years), it pours a lighter golden amber than most VSOPs, with green apple, vanilla, and orange zest up front, then leather and a whisper of fig. Sip it neat after dinner.
