Kedem Cream Niagara is a sweet red wine made from Niagara grapes grown in New York's Hudson Valley, where Kedem's Marlboro winery has been run by eighth-generation members of the Herzog winemaking family. The Niagara grape gives the wine its pale, almost translucent hue and its signature grapy, juicy character, with a soft, dessert-like sweetness rather than the tannic grip of a typical red.
