Kōloa Rum Company partners with Kaua'i's own Lydgate Farms, steeping crushed cacao nibs directly into its gold rum for ten days. The spirit is double-distilled in a vintage steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from Mount Waiʻaleʻale, then bottled at 80 proof in Kalaheo.
