Vodka from olives? That's the twist here. Kástra Elión starts with hand-picked olives from the hills of Nafpaktos, Greece, blended with grain and natural spring water. The olives don't make it taste like olives, though — they lend a rounder, buttery mouthfeel, while the grain carries subtle notes of vanilla, citrus, and a peppery edge. Full-bodied and smooth enough to sip over ice with an olive. It was practically built for a Dirty Martini, so keep it spirit-forward and let the texture do the talking.
Tasting notes
