Made from 100% Blue Agave grown by five generations of farmers in Jalisco's highlands, it's slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented with champagne yeast, and distilled in copper pot stills. Expect bright florals, a touch of citrus, and a light peppery finish over cooked agave.
