JP Chenet Rose Dry Sparkling is a French sparkling rosé built for easy, everyday celebrating. Grown on clay-limestone soils, the grapes are gently pressed, cold-settled, and fermented at low temperature, then aged in pressure tanks for six months to build fine, persistent bubbles. Expect a pale salmon-pink hue with aromas of raspberry and strawberry, carrying through to a dry yet mellow, well-balanced palate of red berries and cherry. Serve chilled around 6-8°C as an aperitif, or alongside fruit tarts, berry desserts, or a light fruit salad.
