This bourbon starts as straight whiskey aged in white oak, then gets a triple-cask finish in Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and cognac barrels — a layering process that builds unusual depth. Expect orange citrus, dried dark fruit, roasted nuts, and vanilla, riding into a warm, lingering finish. The bourbon took Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
