Billed as the world's first extra-añejo, this is the Cuervo family's private reserve — a 100% blue agave tequila aged at least three years in French and American oak. Pour it dark amber into the glass and you'll find oak, toasted almonds, apples and olives on the nose, then rich oak, vanilla and warm cinnamon across the palate. The finish runs long and silky. Sip it slow from a tequila flute, neat, when the moment calls for something contemplative.
