Slivovitz from Rudolf Jelínek in Vizovice, the Wallachian town where plum growing and distilling have run together for four centuries. This is the three-year expression of the house's flagship plum spirit, distilled from fermented plums and rested three years before bottling. Kosher export to the US dates to 1934.
