Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
From Midleton Distillery in Ireland, this blend pairs single pot still whiskey with a small batch grain whiskey, then finishes in double-charred bourbon barrels. That second char breaks down more wood sugar, drawing out layers of butterscotch, toffee, and dark chocolate alongside warm cinnamon spice and a citrusy hint of malt. Richer and rounder than Jameson's original blend, it's built for a slow sip neat, over one big cube, or stirred into an Old Fashioned when you want extra oak and spice.
