Overview

A Paso Robles red built around Cabernet Sauvignon with a substantial slug of Petite Sirah for colour and grip, plus small additions of Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot. Eighteen months in American and French oak. Black cherry and cassis with cocoa and anise behind them, dry and firm through the finish. Good with red meat off the grill.
