J. Lohr's Seven Oaks Cabernet has quietly become Paso Robles' best-selling Cab, and it's easy to taste why. Grapes come from family-owned vineyards near the Paso Robles Wine Center plus the Sinclair and Jones Ranches, blended mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with splashes of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot, then aged twelve months in American oak.
