Charles Woodson's Intercept built this 2018 Pinot Noir from Monterey County fruit, drawing largely on the cool Santa Lucia Highlands under winemaker Amanda Gorter. It earned a Silver Medal and an 89-point "Highly Recommended" rating, landing on a bright, medium-bodied style with dusty cherry, baking spice, and gently approachable tannins.
