Insolente's Extra Añejo Cristalino Black spends about five years resting in oak, then gets filtered back to crystal clarity — an oxymoron built into a bottle: aged tequila with a blanco's shine. Made from 100% blue agave, twice-distilled in Jalisco's Los Valles (NOM 1459), it bottles at 80 proof. Expect vanilla and toffee up front with an earthy, smooth finish — no bite, not overly sweet, according to tasters. Pour it neat, like a fine añejo, or over one large cube.
