Grappa doesn't usually smell like a rose garden, but Nonino's Moscato expression does. Distilled from fresh Muscat grape pomace in the Friuli hills, it's part of the family's single-varietal Vigneti Monovitigno line, run slowly through copper steam stills with head-and-tail cuts to keep only the good stuff. Roughly six months to a year of rest in stainless steel gives it a soft, floral character — think rose petal, thyme, and vanilla. Serve chilled around 12°C alongside cream-based desserts or ice cream.
