Meet the pink-hued member of the Starlino aperitivo family, a wine-based Italian sipper made near Turin at Torino Distillati. It layers zesty pink grapefruit, orange and lemon peel over elderflower, Italian strawberries and raspberries, plus coriander and a whisper of wormwood for gentle bitterness. Expect a pale salmon pour, floral-citrus aromatics, and a clean, crisp finish. The recipe comes from Piedmont vermouth veterans Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco. Pour over ice with soda and a grapefruit twist, or splash into a spritz. 17% ABV.
