Overview

Named for the legendary Todos Santos hotel, this reposado is actually distilled in Jalisco's highlands from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at six to eight years old, fermented with yeast the producers cultivate straight from the agave plant itself. Six months resting in French and American oak brings out cooked agave, almond, vanilla, and cocoa, finishing long and smooth. It picked up Double Gold honors at the 2023 SF World Spirits Competition. Pour it over one big rock, or into a simple paloma.
