Grande Champagne is Cognac's first-growth cru, and Hine XO 1er Cru draws exclusively from it — a blend of eaux-de-vie aged a decade or more in French oak by the Jarnac house founded in 1763. Expect a nose of roasted nectarine, apricot, and vanilla opening into a palate of ginger, chocolate, and orange, with a medium finish trailing into dried fruit.
