Hine's Rare VSOP is a blend of roughly twenty-five eaux-de-vie, drawn 60% from Grande Champagne and 40% from Petite Champagne vineyards — the two most prized cognac appellations, combined so precisely the French call it Fine Champagne. Made from Ugni Blanc grapes and aged six to twelve years in French Limousin oak, it pours orange peel, ginger, and a whisper of dark chocolate over vanilla and caramel. Hine has supplied the British Crown since 1962. Pour neat or over a single large ice cube.
