Highland Park doesn't add a drop of water to this one — it's bottled straight from the cask at a hefty 64.7% ABV. Release No. 5 spends its time mostly in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak, including Pedro Ximénez casks, with a supporting cast of refill ex-bourbon barrels.
