Blossom Harmony's second spring — and the first time this sakura-cask Hibiki officially landed in the United States, arriving in fall 2022. The recipe holds true to the series: malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, with a rare selection finished in casks coopered from Japanese cherry blossom wood. Suntory's own tasting notes read like a walk under the blossoms — wafting florals, sakura and fragrant olive over acacia honey, French pear and a refined sweetness that recalls sakura mochi.
