Herradura's Añejo helped define the añejo category itself, first released back in 1962. Made from 100% blue weber agave and rested 24 to 25 months in American white oak — well beyond the one-year añejo minimum — it pours a deep copper hue. Expect layers of toasted agave, caramel, vanilla, and warm baking spice, closing with a whisper of black pepper. Sip it slow, neat or over a single large cube, alongside dark chocolate or slow-smoked brisket.
