Few cognacs carry a name this heavy: Richard Hennessy honors the founder who established the house in Cognac, along France's Charente River, in 1765. The blend draws on more than 100 rare eaux-de-vie from the Founder's Cellar, some dating to the early 1800s, with no more than a dozen barrels bottled in any given year.
