Grown on Napa bench land cooled by San Pablo Bay fog and aged around 15 months in French oak, it's deeply colored and full-bodied, layering dark cherry, plum and blackberry with smoked meat, coffee and sweet baking spice. Built to reward cellaring, it shines alongside smoked or grilled meats.
